Hometown Hippie Dyes ships free to anywhere in the U.S. For orders outside of the U.S. please reach out to place a custom order.

Most deliveries within the U.S. should arrive within 7 days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

Deliveries outside of the U.S may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country. These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees that may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. If you have questions related to customs, duty, and import charges, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering.

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.

Return Policy

Hometown Hippie Dyes aims to provide a great shopping experience and wonderful one-of-a-kind clothing to all our customers, but we do understand that sometimes an item may not be right for you.

RETURNS - Is the item not what you wanted? While shipping to customers is free, return shipping must be paid by the customer. Upon receiving the returned item, Hometown Hippie Dyes will issue a full refund of the initial purchase including applicable sales taxes. Fees associated with shipping, customs and duty fees, or special accommodation fees are non-reimbursable.

EXCHANGES - Did you order the wrong size? Not the color you were wanting? You may exchange any item with one of equal value. While shipping to customers is free, return shipping must be paid by the customer. Upon receiving the returned item, Hometown Hippie Dyes will ship the new exchanged item to the same address as your last order unless otherwise specified.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE - In order to schedule a return or exchange, you must reach out to Hometown Hippie Dyes via email at HometownHippieDyes@yahoo.com within thirty (30) days of confirmation of receiving the order. All return shipping must be paid by customer and shipped to the address provided in the return or exchange confirmation email. Hometown Hippie Dyes may reject a return or exchange if it is determined that an item as damaged or otherwise modified from the original order.
